BACKGROUND

Adil has been practising corporate & commercial law for the past 9 years. He has extensive experience in advising public and private companies (including banking companies) on all aspects of corporate and securities law, including: public and private financings of equity and debt, securities law and stock exchange compliance matters, corporate mergers (both financial and non-financial companies), joint venture arrangements, shareholding arrangements, acquisitions and dispositions. He has advised companies within the banking, energy, packaging, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, among others, in transactions within such jurisdictions as Pakistan, UAE and various East African countries.

Adil is a registered Will Draftsman with the DIFC Wills Service Centre in Dubai.
