BACKGROUND

Devvrat has been practising corporate & commercial law for the past seven years. He has experience in advising listed and unlisted corporate entities on all aspects of corporate law, including new business set ups, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, government bids, joint ventures and shareholder related matters (including dispute resolution), commercial arbitration and court approved amalgamations. He has advised various investors and companies within the banking and trading industries, among others, in transactions within such jurisdictions as India, UAE and various East African countries.
